Slots Magic Casino is a rebranding of well-reviewed and popular casino Jackpot Party, which was formerly owned and operated by gaming industry heavyweight WMS. We felt it right to review this new casino separately though, as despite the impression you might get from visiting its website where it prominently displays the logo of the old site, it is now under the completely different ownership of SkillOnNet which purchased and rebranded Jackpot Party in early 2025. Jackpot Party was one of my personal favourites so I was keen to see if this new incarnation lived up to the high standards set by its former owners

Software and games selection

The games at Slots Magic are supplied by a variety of developers including WMS, SkillOnNet, Amaya, Aristocrat, and NextGen Games. All of these games are playable in browser via the Slots Magic website, so you don't have to download or install any software, although that option is also there if you prefer to have casino software on your desktop. The process of registering an account is very easy, and if you had a former account at Jackpot Party you can simply log in using your old credentials.

After getting set up you can pick from over 150 different slot machines, a variety of titles that includes branded games and those that are created from scratch in-house. The leading games are provided by WMS, which has a multi-decade history of developing games for the land casino market in the United States and abroad. Games such as Black Knight, The Wizard of Oz, Zeus, Bruce Lee, and Star Trek are favourites of land casino gamblers the world over. The same can be said of Aristocrat games such as Choy Sun Doa and Red Baron, which are enormously popular in Australia. Sadly legal issues prevent people from the United States from playing here, and Australians are not permitted to play the Aristocrat games.

Banking and Customer Support

The banking options at Slots Magic are huge in number, but the site stumbles in a few key ways that made me unhappy. First, I don't like the very low €10,000 per month maximum withdrawal limit as it delays the withdrawals of players who hit a big win. There is no explicit indication in the site’s terms as to whether this limit applies to the potentially 7 figure progressive jackpot wins or not. There is a term that says “Any jackpot payout greater or equal to €50,000 will require an extra 14 days for processing” that may mean that it does not. Unfortunately my enquiries to customer support about this question went unanswered.

Second, the fact that the casino holds your withdrawal request as pending until midnight the following day puts a sour taste in my mouth. This gives the casino an extra chance to lure you back in to reverse the cashout and play more, where you can bust out. With that being said, the banking system is good in terms of payment options available, and the speed with which withdrawals are processed after that holding period is acceptable, with my test withdrawal paid within 2 days.

Customer support is decent, with the support team able to help you with bonus questions and technical issues, but as stated above they seem unwilling or unable to answer the curly questions. They can be reached 24/7 via telephone, email, and live chat through the software.

Conclusion

There isn’t much more to be said: Slots Magic is a big letdown compared to its truly excellent predecessor Jackpot Party. While the games are quite good, in particular the WMS and Aristocrat slots, the withdrawal limitations and the murky history of the casino’s new owner SkillOnNet make this casino difficult to trust, and trust is just about an online casino’s most precious commodity. This casino is best avoided.
